A quick story on immoral snacking at the multiplex including an Organix Review
There is a very funny scene in the comedy Modern Family where the married parents of 3 have a date night. They chose to see the most ridiculous movie that is playing. As they enter the cinema they show off to each other what treats they have managed to smuggle into the theatre. It reminded me of when I was a kid and apart from trying to bunk into the theatre there was a certain victory to be had when you managed to smuggle a can of soft drink, a large bag of popcorn and chocolate inside. The thing is, I never knew and still don’t to this day if it’s a crime to bring your own food into the cinema? We pass on the great tradition of beating the multiplex by stashing snacks and treats on the kids.
We went to the cinema to see the new LEGO Batman movie. Instead of stocking up on overpriced popcorn or pick n mix available in the foyer, we took some of our own treats. I know the cinema is the perfect place for kids (and adults) to indulge in sweet treats but the kids had other ideas. Bizarrely, they all chose Organix finger foods. Really? How times have changed. The truth is they love Organix. From 4 to 11 years old each wanted to take an Organix snack. Luckily, we had just been sent a parcel for our Organix review.
“Tasty foods for babies, toddlers & beyond. Made with only the best organic ingredients and No Junk.”
The new kid’s bars look and taste great. With a very edgy, do it yourself look and feel, these are the kind of bars that preteens can whip out of their lunch box and not get ‘that look’ from their peers. The last thing they want is to end up on social media with a really lame lunch box.
