As I’m sure you know, the bottom shelf of the magazine stand in your local Tesco, WHSmith, Sainsbury’s or Asda is packed with kids magazines. The content of the magazine appears to be secondary to the cheap plastic toys sellotaped to the front cover. If you are buying one and your kids are present then you will, of course, end up buying the magazine that they are having the tantrum about.
But what if you were alone and wanted to buy something for them as a treat. What if you could buy something that is educational and can help them with schoolwork? Amazing! Magazine is a colourful glossy magazine for curious boys and girls aged 6 – 11. It’s bursting with interesting facts, brilliant puzzles and lots to make and do. Amazing! Magazine has been specially designed so that it’s accessible to children of all academic abilities.
Each 36-page issue of Amazing! Magazine is bursting with cool facts and information. Covering all areas of the curriculum, including Maths, English, History, Geography, Science and Art, each issue has an Amazing! theme to inspire young readers.
I personally love the illustration. Using colour, caricature and movement, Art Director Chris Swales and illustrator Anton Brand have brought life to the pages no matter what the subject is.
The little snippets of jokes and dialogue between characters on every page keep you engaged. I picked up some interesting bits of trivia that will no doubt come in handy sometime. Maybe at a pub quiz.
You could say it’s quite conceited to name your product as you would like your customers to rate it but Amazing! Magazine definitely pulls it off. Highly recommended.
